Glenn Gallagher founded the first clinic at 503 Great
South Road, Papatoetoe in May 1985. Physio Sports
and Rehab now owns and operates four clinics in South
Auckland and Hamilton with future plans to add more
locations throughout New Zealand.
All Physio Sports and Rehab Clinics are ACC accredited.

YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All of our assessments and treatments comply with the
Code of Health and Disability Consumer Rights Act.
Our treatment areas are completely private and in accordance
with the Privacy Act. When necessary, we will
provide you with either shorts and/or a modesty gown
that ties up in the back. If unsure, please discuss this
with the physiotherapist treating you.
All information recorded in your health records will
only be accessed by staff of this clinic unless you authorise
us to release your records to another healthcare
provider. Physio Sports and Rehab staff are bound by
contract to maintain client confidentiality.
You are welcome to bring a chaperone with you if you
desire.
You are free to choose your physiotherapist. If you
have a preference of who you wish to see, please specify
this at the time of booking your appointment. Every
effort will be made to accommodate your preference.
If you would like a second opinion regarding your treatment,
or would like to change therapists, you are free to
do so and no offence will be taken.
We are constantly striving to improve our service to you.
To assist us with this process, please feel free to pass on
any suggestions. We are always interested in receiving
feedback. In addition Physio Sports and Rehab guarantees
prompt action on any complaint you may have.
